Our sitters greet your pets with love, follow your instructions, and keep you in the loop through the Time To Pet app. Any service below can be added to a visit.
A basic visit lasts 30 minutes, and every pet is treated like family. If you’re traveling, we’ll confirm your safe arrival home. If we don’t hear from you in the app, we’ll call or stop by so no pet is ever left unattended.
We require every new client to meet their primary sitter before the first scheduled visit. This in-person greeting allows your pets to get comfortable with a new face while you walk us through your home and daily care routines.

Your primary sitter visits your home before the service starts. You'll introduce your pets, review care instructions, and set up house access.
During scheduled visits, your sitter carries out all feeding, playtime, exercise, and health checks as planned.

If supplies run short during an extended stay, we'll pick up extra food or medication so your pets don't miss a beat.
Our dog visits keep your pup active and content on their usual schedule. Every visit features energetic walks or yard time, fresh water, customized feeding, and direct photo updates so you always know how your dog is doing.
We greet your pets, take them out for a walk or potty break, and follow your instructions. Afterward, we add notes (and photos, if requested) to the Time To Pet app and lock up.
Includes a mid-day walk/visit, and we make your home look lived in while you're away. We treat your home as if it were our own.
We handle the tasks that make your home look lived in, like mail, blinds, lights, and plants. We suggest one visit per day.

We skip extended walks in extreme heat or cold because we never want to harm your pet. Under those conditions, your sitter spends the visit with your pets indoors.
A basic walk/visit lasts 30 minutes, whether for one pet or several. Ideally the walk itself is 10 to 15 minutes, with the rest spent on other tasks.

Cats, birds, and small animals receive gentle, attentive care tailored to their routines. We structure our rates affordably for these species; your first two cats or small pets share the same base price as a single dog visit.
Birds and pet bunnies can be included in a pet sitting visit. An additional fee applies.
Cats and pet guinea pigs can be included in a pet sitting visit. An additional fee applies.

Maintain your pet's wellness routine seamlessly while you're away. This specialized service covers daily medication administration, routine health checks, basic brushing, and coat care to keep your pet healthy, comfortable, and stress-free throughout our stay.
Our sitters trim nails in your home using a Dremel to sand, a slower and safer method than clippers. Ear cleaning is available for an additional fee, and we suggest both every 2 to 4 weeks.
We brush all accessible areas with enzymatic toothpaste to protect teeth and gums and freshen breath. A warm-cloth facial follows to help prevent stains. We suggest at least once a week.
Basic fur maintenance, averaging 15 minutes and including grooming spray or conditioner. Great between groomer visits to lower dander and shedding, and we suggest once or twice a week.
Sitters trained in most medications can give oral or eye medication for a small additional fee, following your specific instructions. Injections are available for an additional fee.
These extras are added to your regular visit and done in accordance with your instructions. Each one helps keep your day a little easier.
Done during your regular visit and following your instructions. We scoop with your tools into your container and dispose of waste where you choose, for far less than hiring another provider.
Running low on food, medication, or litter while you're out? If shipping isn't an option, our sitters will visit your preferred local store, purchase your specified pet items, and deliver them safely right to your door.
Need us to pick up or return keys? This can be added to your visit for an extra fee.
Standard rates apply to regular weekday visits.
Additional fees apply for weekend visits and recognized holidays. Routine medication administration is included under Grooming & Health Care at no extra charge.
