What’s the difference between us and the college kid who is off for the summer?

Our staff goes through a rigorous recruitment process, initial training and ongoing training.

Simple things like how to enter a house. We evaluate the home before we enter to make sure nothing has changed from our last visit. If all is safe, we enter the home though the garage, then close the garage door before we open the door to the house to create a barrier. That way if we have an escape artist, they are contained.

Once inside we evaluate the home again from the inside to make sure all is safe. We take the pets out for a restroom break, and you get the idea. We follow very detailed procedures to make sure your pets and household are safe.

The college kid may or may not follow your instructions. Likely they are not even aware of safety procedures.

These procedures are tested and updated as needed to meet the demands of our customers.
