To get started all you need to do is go to our web site www.zenpawspetsitting.com and sign up as a new customer. There is no commitment, we just need to verify you are in our service area before we go to the next steps. Once verified, we ask for some info on you and your pets, we ask for when you are looking for services and request you add payment information. That way we can match you with the best pet sitter for your pets, verify they are available when you need services and make sure your account is set up for auto billing. We understand we are asking for a lot of information up front, and have found its best to get it before we set up a meet and greet so we can make sure you have the best possible match in a pet sitter.

Next steps are a FREE meet and greet where you get to meet who is going to be coming into your house and taking care of your pets and make sure you are comfortable with them. If for any reason you are not comfortable, you can cancel services at any time up until 24 hours before the service time without penalty.
