What do we do with the keys you give us?

At Zen Paws Pet Sitting has a very formal key policy. We use a coded tag to identify your keys, that does not have your name or address on it. So if that key was lost, no one can tie it to you or your home. Even when we routinely enter through the garage door, your sitter has a key as a back up. We have had events where the power has been out or the battery has died on the garage door opener and we’ve needed the key to enter the home. We keep a second key in a lock box at our office in the event your primary sitter has an emergency an cannot perform your event.
