What’s your policy?
You may not know of some of our policies and we wanted to send out a reminder.
If you are having us do services like grooming, tooth brushing, nail trims and pet transportation our insurance provider requires us to have a current report of updated vaccinations on file. Your veterinarian provides those to you during your annual visit and you can upload them to the portal. It may be a good idea to upload them today so they are on file for when you book your next service.
We automatically bill for any open invoices on Mondays. If you would like to add a tip or pay your bill yourself you can go on your portal and pay your bill anytime. You can also leave a cash tip for your sitter.
We try our best to accommodate requests for timed visits. However, we book services in time blocks like; early morning, morning, mid day, afternoon, evening and late night. The mid day time block is from 10am to 2pm and in the event your sitter has an emergency we give them some flexibility to come a little early or a little late within the time blocks. From time to time they may be late because of a clean up at a previous pet sitting job or early due to light traffic. They will always do their best to accommodate your request and give your furry family the special attention they need and stay late at your home if they need to.
We do not give cash refunds, only credits to future services. We prefer to give a larger credit and hope for the opportunity to serve you and your family again.
